Bulk Upload Screen

Use this screen to upload résumés in bulk if the information for the résumé has been stored in a .CSV file.

Note: If you are doing bulk registration and un-registration on the server, résumé searches can run in parallel, but the search and registrations are not multithreaded. This means that when registrations happen then searches would be put on hold, that is, the request to DocServer would be serialized. This is by design to include the most recent registered documents in the search results.

To upload résumés in bulk, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Recruiting > Résumés > Bulk Upload.
  2. If you have not yet created a CSV file, open a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel and use the following column headings:
    • Email
    • Password
    • first_name
    • last_name
    • middle_initial
    • Suffix
    • Address1
    • Address2
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
    • Country
    • Phone1
    • Phone2
    • Description
    • Résumé/CV
  3. Save the spreadsheet with a .csv extension.
  4. On the Bulk Upload Upload screen, click Browse to locate the file.
  5. In the file search screen, double click or select the file name and click Open.
  6. Click Upload File.
  7. Click Please review the batch uploaded résumé/CVs before adding them to the system link to ensure that the information uploads correctly.
  8. For each row, click Accept, Edit, or Delete.
  9. Alternatively, you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Accept or Reject to disposition all the rows in the list.
  10. Click Submit to complete the upload process.
